CrafterOfWood is pleased to work with you to develop special items that are one of a kind.
At your request, the design you specify will not be released or used for any other client.
The following items represent some of the custom items CrafterOfWood has made for existing clients.
Unless otherwise noted, these items are available for anyone to order.
We do not keep them in stock, they are special order items,
but can generally be shipped within two weeks.
Any CrafterOfWood item can be special ordered with a non-stock finish or from a non-stock wood variety.
We usually have several wood varieties on hand, including: oak, cherry, hard maple, and black walnut.
Many other varieties can be obtained in a short time. If you have something in mind, please ask.

Standard
displays
are
also
available
in cherry. Pictured at right are the DA416C in the rear, S512C on the left and S516C on the right. These displays are finished with a dark stain. Natural cherry is considerably lighter, but will darken with age. |

The "Clinton"
display,
designed from a picture of the challenge coin displays
that President
Clinton kept in the oval office. These displays
can now be seen
at the Clinton Presidential exhibit. This
display is made from
black walnut and has a clear satin finish. The
shelves are about
2-1/4 inches apart. The base is 25 inches across
and 9 inches
deep. The display stands about 9 inches high.
The coin shelves
are 20 inches wide. It holds approximately 50

A
Pentagon
shaped
display
made
from
black
walnut.
Each
side is 10
inches. The display is approximately 16 inches
wide by 17 inches
tall and 6 inches front to back. This display was
custom ordered
as a gift for an Assistant Secretary of the Air
Force. It holds
at least 26 coins, some larger than average. |

This stadium display is designed to hold approximately 300 challenge coins. The coin slots are closer together than on our standard displays. The display comes in three pieces, a center unit that it 24 inches at the top, and two end units that are 12 inches at the top. Each piece of the display stand on its own. This model is made from oak and has a standard dark finish. |

This custom cherry cabinet display has seven shelves, each with 3 slots. It is approximately 20" wide by 23" tall by 4" deep and has a mirrored back to reflect the obverse side of the coins on display. It is constructed of cherry with a medium stain and has a high gloss finish. |

This is a custom pathtag display. It holds 126 tags, the equivalent of three PH42 displays. It is made from oak with a standard light finish. The pathtag display is about 8 inches high by 21 inches wide. |

The top two are for 11x14 inch displays and will accept an 11x14 photo or certificate or an 8x10 with a standard 11x14 mat that can be purchased at a craft or hobby shop. The frame on the left is Black Walnut. The frame on the right is birds Eye Maple with Black Walnut inlays at the corners. The bottom frame is 16x20 in cherry stained dark. Other frame sizes are also available. |

This easel is sized to use paper readily available at retail outlets. The bottom hold down serves as a cutter for the paper once the users completes a drawing. The angle is easily adjustable from nearly flat to approximately 45 degrees. |
